Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had a spectacular view, was spacious, and equipped with bath accessories, but it felt extremely dated and was too warm. On the bright side, it was at least clean. The service was excellent, with the staff kindly accommodating our request to change rooms, even though the new room was very creaky. They were helpful, professional, courteous, and friendly, making our stay pleasant. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Shin Kobe Shinkansen station, offering convenience and beautiful surroundings with captivating fragrances from nearby flowers. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering filling options at good prices, including a big supermarket and a 100 yen store nearby. Despite some limitations in the room and dining, the overall experience was positive due to the outstanding service and exceptional location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, right next to the Shin Kobe Shinkansen station, offering stunning views of Kobe. The rooms, though convenient, had a lingering smell of smoke and could get uncomfortably hot at night. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to assist us. The dining options were good, with a variety of savory and sweet choices, but I wish there were more authentic Indian dishes available. Overall, I do recommend this hotel despite some drawbacks.
I was pleased with the hotel's fantastic location next to the Shinkansen station, making travel easy. The rooms were a bit outdated for my taste, but the service was exceptional, especially when they promptly returned a forgotten item. Dining was a bit expensive but worthwhile for IHG members, and the facilities met my needs during the stay.
